These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Bark & Bloom Collective website or place an order with us. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About Bark & Bloom Collective

Bark & Bloom Collective is an independent UK business creating handmade dog accessories and coordinating accessories for their humans.

2. Our Products

Our products are handmade, and small variations may occur between individual items. Pattern placement may also vary depending on where the fabric is cut, meaning your item may not look exactly the same as the example photographed. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not affect their intended use.

We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device and screen settings.

Please check product descriptions and our size guide carefully before ordering.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

You will receive an order confirmation using the contact details supplied at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a reasonable reason to do so, for example where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment has not been authorised, or we cannot fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund for the cancelled item or order.

Please check the information supplied with your order carefully, particularly sizing, delivery details and any personalisation.

4. Handmade & Personalised Products

Many Bark & Bloom Collective products are handmade to order. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.

Where an item has been made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, such as with your pet's name, the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

Delivery charges are displayed separately during checkout before you place your order.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

We may change our prices from time to time, but this will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Orders are handmade and may take up to 7 working days before dispatch. Delivery time begins after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you, except where you independently arrange to use a carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

For standard, non-personalised products purchased online, you will normally have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.

8. Product Care & Safety

Please follow any care instructions supplied with your product or included in the product description.

Bark & Bloom Collective accessories are intended to be used appropriately and under suitable supervision.

Dog accessories should be regularly checked for signs of wear or damage and should not be used if they become damaged or unsafe.

Our bandanas and decorative accessories are not designed to be used as restraints or as replacements for suitable collars, harnesses or other safety equipment.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Bark & Bloom Collective name, branding, original photographs, written content, graphics and original designs appearing on this website belong to Bark & Bloom Collective or are used with appropriate permission.

They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission.

10. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate and up to date.

If we discover an obvious error relating to a product, price or other important information affecting an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.

Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law, including any rights concerning where legal proceedings may be brought.
